Refund and Returns Policy

At Yindyssagh Prints, we want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returning an item and how we issue refunds.


We will happily offer a refund or exchange for any product that is returned in a fully resalable condition. However, please note the following:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products should be in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective on receipt.
  • PayPal transaction and handling fees from your purchase are non-refundable.

If you’d like a refund or exchange, please include a note with the return, explaining:

  • The reason for the return.
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement.
  • Your contact details so we can reach you if needed.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as it is required in case the goods are lost in transit.


Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund using the same payment method you originally used. If you’d prefer an exchange:

  1. Place a new order for the item you’d like.
  2. We’ll process a refund for the original returned item upon receipt.

Please note: If the returned product is not in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the original price from your refund.


In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Pierced earrings

We take quality control seriously, but if a faulty print slips through or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to address the issue and offer either a refund or a replacement.

However, issues related to normal wear and tear or mishandling of the models, such as exposure to excessive heat or physical damage, are not covered under our returns policy.


Our products are made from bio-based PLA plastic, which requires careful handling. Articulated models from Zou3D and Saber are naturally more delicate, and we advise against dropping or forcing any parts. Avoid exposing the models to heat above 65°C (150°F) or direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause them to warp.

If the damage is due to factors beyond our control, such as improper handling or storage, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.


None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
