Delivery Regions

We currently deliver to the following regions:

  • Isle of Man

If you’re outside of these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@yp3d.im, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We keep things simple when it comes to shipping. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free shipping on all orders over £15 to the Isle of Man.
  • Orders Under £15:
    For orders under £15, standard shipping rates will apply, calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Vases & Eggs:
    For orders under £15, a flat shipping rate of £2.00 per vase or egg applies to cover the logistics of handling these larger items.

Delivery Times

Once your order is placed, we’ll get to work processing and shipping it out to you. Typical delivery times are as follows:

  • Isle of Man: 1-3 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM will usually be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, or if you have any concerns about your delivery, please get in touch with us at info@yp3d.im. We’re always happy to help track down your order or resolve any delivery issues.

  • Delivery Partner: We primarily use the Isle of Man Post Office and Royal Mail to deliver your orders.
  • Multiple Deliveries: If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent in separate parcels depending on availability.
